Our mission: to promote a healthy lifestyle on a spiritual, emotional physical level.

We offer many classes, workshops and healing services that focus on gaining insight into ones true self. Some of our favorites are Healing and Restorative Facials, Yoga, Breath-work, Reiki, Ayurvedic medicine & meditation.

We are a community welcoming others to join us in our mission to increase one's awareness and to adopt a healthy lifestyle on the spiritual, emotional and physical levels. Meet other locals who are interested in the topic of self discovery. Participate in some of our classes and workshops that focus on gaining knowledge of one's true self.
