Michelle
First introduced to yoga and meditation by her mother as a child, Michelle rediscovered yoga as an adult and has maintained a consistent yoga practice for over 12 years now. In addition to receiving her 200-hour certification in Sivananda Yoga in 2002 at the ashram in Val Morin, Quebec, Michelle is honored to have studied under such respected yoga teachers as Paul Grilley, Jimmy Barkan, Sri Dharma Mittra and Lilias Folan.
Michelle teaches a traditional blend of Sivananda postures, pranayama and meditation while highlighting the therapeutic effects of each action. She is especially mindful of her students’ limitations and is strongly attentive to alignment and safety. Her teaching approach is hands on and nurturing and is always infused with a sense of humor!

She trained with Modern Yogi Atmananda and received her certification in Atma Yoga 1.0 and Atma Power Yoga 2.0 in 2009. Stephany's yogic philosophy draws on the Atma principle that the soul is "the eternal self". Her intention when teaching is to guide you in a continuation of your journey back to your original soul nature.

Christine
Christine has been happily married for 5 years and is the mother of two young boys. She has been studying and
practicing yoga since 1999 but it was not until her second child that she started incorporating a daily yoga practice into her routine. She recently received her 200-hour certification in Sivananda style yoga in the Bahamas where she spent one month studying and living a Sattvic lifestyle.

Tamara
Tamara teaches Nia. Nia (nee-ah) is a pleasure based blend of dance and martial arts. It is a fun and unique barefoot practice where we move to exceptional music. Each session begins by gently warming the body from within, then builds to a cardio work-out and completes with cooling stretches. Nia is pleasure based food for your body, mind and soul. It has the power to shift your mood and relationship with your body regardless of shape, size or fitness level.
