Join us for a "Night Out" with a difference with Chef Andrew at the
Self Discovery Center for a fun, educational, interactive and hands-on
evening preparing a healthy delicious meal.

 

 

Wednesdays May 7th, 14th and 21st at 6:30 p.m.

(each class is complete in itself and it is not necessary to attend all three).

Chef Andrew has more than 20 years experience in vegetarian cooking and food preparation.
He is well known for his ability to prepare incredibly delicious meals in a very short time.

Andrew’s cooking is one of the highlights of my week! I look forward to smelling his delicious food cooking while I’m practicing Yoga on Saturday mornings at the Self Discovery Center. My favorite is when he prepares fresh vegetables mixed with grilled tempeh in a coconut ginger sauce. His salad dressings are amazing with sunflower seeds and tahini and fresh herbs. Andrew makes wonderful soups with lots of fresh ingredients from the Farmers Market. I recommend his cooking for anyone that loves to eat and loves lots of different flavors from Mother Earth!
